DELIVERY

  • When will I get my order?
    Think of your order like the perfect movie plot—it takes a few days to develop, but it’s totally worth the wait. Typically, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, then it’s shipped out. Shipping times will depend on where you're located, so here’s how it plays out:

    • USA: 3–4 business days

    • Europe: 6–8 business days

    • Australia: 2–14 business days

    • Japan: 4–8 business days

    • International: 10–20 business days

  • Where will my order ship from?
    We partner with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide!

  • Will I be charged customs for my order?
    International orders may incur additional customs and tax fees. Unfortunately, this part is out of our control—your local customs office calls the shots. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
    Uh-oh, it’s like a missing scene! Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.

    • Ask your local post office if they’re holding onto your package.

    • Check in with your neighbors to see if the courier left it with them.

    If your address was correct and the package isn’t at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at darcy@darrenvandam.com with your order number.

    If you spot a mistake in the delivery address, no worries—we’ll send you a replacement, but shipping will be at your cost.

ORDERS

  • How are your products made?
    Think of your order like a blockbuster film—it’s carefully crafted behind the scenes! We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking link, via the email you provided, when your order ships out. 

  • I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
    Oh no, looks like we’ve got a plot twist! If your product arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, we’re here to make it right. Please email us at darcy@darrenvandam.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any details that might help us solve this. We’ll send you a resolution faster than you can say "cut to the chase!"

RETURNS

  • What’s your return policy?
    Unfortunately, we don't offer returns or exchanges. But if something’s gone awry with your order, don’t worry—just reach out to us at darcy@darrenvandam.com, and we’ll work on making sure your experience has a happy ending.

  • Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are available if you’ve received the wrong or damaged items. If that’s the case, contact us at darcy@darrenvandam.com with your order number and photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we’ll handle it from there.

  • Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
    We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about the size or color you need, check out the sizing charts available in the product description section (T-Shirt Sizing Guide, Tank Top Sizing Guide, and Sweatshirt Sizing Guide). In rare cases where the item you received was mislabeled, let us know by emailing darcy@darrenvandam.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
